Sanjeev Mehra – Chairman of the Board
Mr. Mehra is the Chairman of the Hawker Beechcraft Inc. Board of Directors. He serves as Managing Director of Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Mehra joined Goldman Sachs in 1986. Mr. Mehra also serves on the board of directors of SunGard Data Systems, Inc., Burger King Holdings, Inc., ARAMARK Corporation and ADESA, Inc.

Nigel Wright
Mr. Wright is a Managing Director of Onex Corporation which he joined in 1997. Prior to joining Onex, Mr. Wright was a Partner at the law firm of Davies, Ward & Beck practicing mergers and acquisitions and securities law. Previously he worked for approximately three years in the policy unit of the Canadian Prime Minister’s office. Mr. Wright also serves on the board of directors of Spirit AeroSystems Holdings Inc.

W.W. (Bill) Boisture Jr.
Mr. Boisture was named Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for Hawker Beechcraft Corporation on March 23, 2009. He is the former President of NetJets, Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation and British Aero Space Corporate Jets (a forerunner to Hawker), and the former Chairman and CEO of Butler Aviation. He served as President of Intrepid Aviation, and was a senior advisor for aerospace at The Carlyle Group prior to coming to HBC. Mr. Boisture was a fighter pilot in the U.S. Air Force (USAF) and graduated from the USAF Fighter Weapons School and the U.S. Navy Fighter Weapons School (“Topgun” school). He was honorably discharged as a major after 11 years of service. He was on the Board of Directors for the Association of Graduates of the Air Force Academy for eight years and continues as a trustee of the Falcon Foundation and a member of World Presidents’ Organization.

Jack Daly
Mr. Daly is a Managing Director in the Principal Investment Area of Goldman Sachs. Mr. Daly joined Goldman Sachs in 1998. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Daly was a Senior Instructor of Mechanical & Aerospace Engineering at Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Daly currently serves as a director of Cooper Standard Automotive, Fiberlink and McJunkin Red Man.

David Hirsch
Mr. Hirsch is a Director at Onex Corporation, which he joined in 2003. Prior to Onex, Mr. Hirsch worked at JPMorgan Partners. Previously, he worked at CIBC World Markets. Mr. Hirsch also serves on the Board of Directors of SITEL Worldwide Corporation.

Leo F. Mullin
Mr. Mullin served as Chief Executive Officer of Delta Air Lines from 1997 and Chairman from 1999, until his retirement in 2004. He was Vice Chairman of Unicom Corporation and its principal subsidiary, Commonwealth Edison Company, from 1995 to 1997. Mr. Mullin was an executive of First Chicago Corporation, the nation’s tenth largest bank, from 1981 to 1995, serving as that company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 1993 to 1995, and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of American National Bank, a subsidiary of First Chicago Corporation, from 1991 to 1993. He has also served as a Senior Vice President at Conrail for five years and as a consultant with McKinsey and Company for nine years, the last three years as a partner. Mr. Mullin serves as a Director of Johnson & Johnson and others. He is a board member of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and a member of The Business Council.

General Donald G. Cook (U.S. Air Force Retired)
Gen. Cook had a distinguished military career spanning 36 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring in 2005. Between 2001 and 2005, Gen. Cook was Commander, Air Education and Training Command at Randolph Air Force Base, Texas, where he was responsible for the recruiting, training and education of Air Force people. Gen. Cook entered the Air Force in 1969 through the ROTC program at Michigan State University. During his military career he commanded a flying training wing, two space wings and the 20th Air Force. Gen. Cook also served as Legislative Liaison in the Senate Liaison Office, on the staff of the House Armed Services Committee, and as Director for Expeditionary Aerospace Force Implementation at U.S. Air Force headquarters. In addition, he was assigned to Air Combat Command as a Vice Commander. Gen. Cook is a command pilot and has flown more than 3,300 hours in the B-52D/G/H, T-37B and T-38A. He is a board member of CRANE Corporation; Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corp and the USAA Federal Savings Bank.

Brian E. Barents
Mr. Barents most recently served as President, CEO and Managing Partner for Galaxy Aerospace Corporation where he negotiated a joint venture with the Pritzker Organization and Israel Aircraft Industries. He was instrumental in directing the sale of Galaxy to Gulfstream in June 2001. Mr. Barents was president and CEO of Learjet, Inc., from April 1989 to April 1996, where he turned the company’s negative earnings into the most profitable in the company’s 32-year history. He served as a senior executive with Toyota Motor Corporation between January 1987 and April 1989. Mr. Barents was a senior vice president with Cessna Aircraft Company between 1976 and 1987 with responsibility for worldwide sales, marketing, product support, aircraft completion, and actively participated in new product development programs. He is a past Chairman of the General Aviation Manufacturers Association. Mr. Barents enjoyed a distinguished military career, retiring from the U.S. Air Force as Brigadier General after 34 years. He currently serves on the boards of The NORDAM Group, Kaman Corporation, Aerion Corporation and CAE.
